A little about me...

I am was born under the gemini sun in the archetypal gate of enthusiasm, with the design of a guide and the role of an experiential learner with a karmic mirror.

A bit about my spiritual journey..

My journey of spiritual awakening began in 2007 during my yoga teacher training when I was initiated into meditation, the start of a significant spiritual shift that has since transformed my life. This deepening and expanding awareness led me on a path self-discovery, deconditioning and healing that led to another profound shift in January 2019. With this shift, I felt as though I had awakened to a new version of me, with a higher and more objective perspective. My desire for spiritual understanding surged during this time, and yoga and Ayurveda had provided essential insights into my mind, body, and energy constitution, which guided and grounded me through the challenges I faced. But, I felt a deep calling to learn more, and as old aspects of myself faded, new inspirations and opportunities emerged, prompting a series of trainings in various spiritual modalities that offered profound healing and insights on a whole new level - these experiences deepened my understanding of myself, my energetic design and offered me profound insights into my challenges, and my gifts. This new perspective also helped me connect with others on a deeper level while fostering compassion for them by recognizing their unique energetic designs.

My trainings...

I started my yoga teacher training in 2007 and taught privately in my home studio with small intimate groups and one-on-one sessions. Followed by 200 hr Ayurvedic training that supplemented my yoga teaching.

During the lockdowns I expanded my professional training in online trainings with Soul Contract, Names Analysis in all three levels, followed by Quantum Human Design and the Quantum Alignment System. My curiosity and love of learning and experiencing new things extended into other various workshops including crystal healing and reiki. As well as in-person spiritual and shamanic retreats in Peru in 2000 and in Mexico in 2022 and 2023.

My personal, spiritual evolution continues as I experience ongoing energetic shifts, and continuous learning to expand and deepen my knowledge and understanding.
