a little about me...

​I was born under a gemini sun & my (human design) energy type is a creative orchestrator | projector.

​

I am a mother of 2 & the oldest sister to 8 siblings.

my spiritual journey..

my journey of spiritual awakening began in 2007 during my yoga teacher training when I was initiated into meditation, a significant spiritual shift that has since transformed my life.  this deepening & expanding awareness led me on a path self-discovery, deconditioning & healing on a profound level that took several years to integrate.  I experienced another profound shift in January 2019.  with this shift, I felt as though I had awakened to a new version of me, with the ability to see higher perspectives & with deeper awareness.  my desire for spiritual understanding surged during this time, yoga & ayurveda had provided essential insights into my mind, body, & energy constitution, which guided & grounded me through the challenges I faced.  but, I felt a deep calling to learn more, & as old aspects of myself faded, new inspirations & opportunities emerged, prompting a series of trainings in various spiritual modalities that offered profound personal healing & insights on a whole new level - these experiences deepened my understanding of myself, my energetic design & offered me profound insights into my challenges, & my gifts.  this new perspective also helped me connect with others on a deeper level while fostering compassion for them by recognizing their unique energetic designs.

my trainings...

I started my yoga teacher training in 2007 & taught privately in my home studio with small intimate groups & one-on-one sessions for 14 years.  during time I was deeply inspired by ayurveda & i enrolled in a 200 hr ayurvedic training, that introduced me to the five great elements, which changed forever how I saw & understood, well everything.

during the lockdowns I expanded my professional training in various online trainings: soul contract, names analysis, quantum human design & the quantum alignment system as well as divine healing.  my curiosity & love of learning & experiencing new things extended into other various workshops including crystal healing & reiki.

shamanic retreats

the shamanic traditions has deeply resonated with me for a long time. in january 2000 i had an opportunity to travel to the sacred valley in the andes mountains in peru to participate in a trational peruvian shamanic retreat. what an adventure! my first solo trip, & abroad at that.  a time to test my independence, my courage & relf-reliance.  continuing on my shamanic path led me to two more retreats in the mexican desert in 2022 & 2023. both of which led to a profound awakening to painfully deep wounds that I had been unaware of before.  the shamanic healing arts have (unapologetically) offered deep transformational healing for me.

my personal & spiritual evolution continues as I experience ongoing energetic shifts.

& i will continuously be learning to expand & deepen my knowledge & understanding.
